5. Language

The official language of the symposium is English.

 

6. Registration and information

The registration desk will be in Hiroshima City Bunka Koryu Kaikan 3rd floor. The registration desk will be open from 8:30 am (September 19 and 20).

 

7. Name badge policy

Participants (including accompanying persons) are kindly requested to exhibit their congress name badges during all scientific sessions and social events (including Banquet and Excursion).

 

8. Lunch and Coffee breaks

Restaurant (RIVERS GARDEN) will be in Hiroshima City Bunka Koryu Kaikan 1st floor.

 

9. Oral session

Please bring your slide data via USB memory. Please check the projection at each room according to the instructions of the staff before each session begins.

 

10. Poster session

Stick your poster on the panel with a pin and peel it off when the session is over.

 

11. Study Tour

Please prepare clothes, shoes, hats and rain gear suitable for going out.

 

12. Banquet

You can stroll through the Peace Park on the way to the Orizuru Tower.

 

13. Information on access to WiFi

Each conference room is equipped with WiFi. The password varies depending on the conference room, so please check at the reception.

 

14. Liability and insurance

The organizers are not able to take responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the congress.

 

15. Mobile phones, photography and video recording

Participants are requested to keep their mobile phones switched off (or set to silent mode) in the session rooms. Photography and video recordings are strictly prohibited during all scientific sessions.

 

16. Time

Japan Standard Time (JST) is 9 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time +9:00). There is no ”daylight saving time” in Japan.
